Parents of children receiving coats must bring their photo ID,
proof of residence in Smith County (official document with current
address such as a utility bill or government document), and
an ID for each child receiving a coat (birth certificate, Social Security
card, school ID badge, report card, Medicare card, etc.).

 

A kiss can warm the heart, but there is nothing like a new coat to wam up the rest!
