About Us

STRENGTH IN NUMBERS

PATH is the agency through which hundreds of caring people positively affect the lives of thousands in need. As Mrs. Gertrude Windsor intended 25 years ago, PATH has become a clearinghouse through which local congregations, businesses, schools and individuals help others. Instead of local congregations duplicating their mission programs, PATH is a shared social service agency, serving those in need on behalf of the religious community.

PATH researches the needs of the community, studies best practices and implements strategies that lead to self-sufficiency. As part of our mission, PATH follows five steps that lead to relief and self-sufficiency. These are: Prevention, Rescue, Stabilization, Growth, and Independence.

PATH is able to achieve our goals thanks to the hundreds of volunteers, and the thousands of gifts we receive. And yet it is the personal face-to-face relationships between our staff and volunteers and individuals in need, that drives our organization forward. We are many people helping many friends in need. We are an organization that has truly found strength in numbers.

Blessings,
