FY 2022 Annual Program Accomplishments

Total Number of Clients Served: 7,012 households with 20,597 members. Over 33% of those families came to PATH for the first time.
Food Pantry assisted 6,074 unduplicated households with a total of 18,212 household members.

Homelessness Prevention:
Provided Emergency Utility Assistance for 1,124 cases totaling $336,940.
Provided Emergency Rent/Mortgage Assistance to 200 households totaling $197,115.

Basic Medical Services Provided:
Eye Exams and Glasses for 753 individuals totaling $36,027.
Dental Services for 110 individuals.
Emergency Prescription Assistance for 214 households totaling $12,677.
Long-term prescriptions assisted 23 individuals with long-term medications needs valued at $35,320.

Transitional Housing Family Case Management
provided personalized case management to 43 households with a total of 121 household members.

Charity Navigator: PATH is rated a 4-star charity, the highest rating for a nonprofit organization. A four- star rating is given to organizations that score a 90 or above in Charity Navigator’s review and is considered “Exceptional.” For organizations like PATH, it means we “exceed industry standards and outperform most charities in [our] cause.” PATH has maintained this rating since 2016. Candid (formerly GuideStar): PATH has achieved the Gold Seal of Transparency for 2022.

PATH is a locally supported agency of the United Way of Smith County.
